The staff was friendly. There was enough parking space. It's near many convenient places... like a family restaurant, Bo's Coffee, Abaca Baking Company, Robinson's Supermarket, Uncle John's, Julie Bakeshop, Cebu Doctors, and some Carinderia at the side...there was also a tattoo studio, made me want to get one.

It's a perfect location in the middle of the center with a lot of restaurants around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At first, the hair blower didn't work and the sink was not working well but then they fixed it very fast and even replaced the blower with a new one. For a 2 Star hotel, it was perfect and also i think it should be more as it's current rating.

We were welcomed by friendly staff, very easy to talk to. I like the rooms. It's quite big and could fit additional beds. The beds are comfortable, and they clean the room every day. The staff let me borrow their flat iron so I can iron our clothes. Considering the price, this hotel is a great find. It is close to a lot of establishments. You can go to any restaurants outside. I love that it's not noisy, considering it is also close to the highway. It is about 10 mins away from SM City Cebu and Pier 1. Basically, we managed to easily go to a lot of places because the location of our hotel makes it easy to access. After a whole day of going on tour, we can rest comfortably in our clean bed and quiet room. My family and I would like to thank everyone in the hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Very nice hotel, I booked bigger room and it was huge. Everything was clean. AC was so quiet I thought it is not working.

The hotel is so Close to all amenities. Shopping is a walking distance away and there's a nice Starbucks across the road so convenient. The air-conditioner works well though

The staff are accommodating and unassuming. I would like to mention the courtesy and hospitality of Jordan (FOA who checked me in, Glen (agent i am speaking with through bcom messaging) and Sha (FOA who checked me out). the booking process is a breeze, everything went smooth and seamless. Staff were accommodationg especially Jordan who knows the nook and crannies of front office operations. Bed is very comfortable, i was given a king bed and compared to other hotels, theirs is of high quality. considering the room rate, you are definitely getting value for your money. The location of the hotel is superb. stone throw away from cafes and restaurants. Definitely a hotel to stay at for short trips or even long trips as it is very affordable. If a sprayer/bidet is non-negotiable for you, book this hotel. they have it.

PROS 1.) Staff - there was a miscommunication regarding my early check-in request, but the front desk immediately made adjustments and checked us in three hours before their standard. The way they handled the situation was superb! They even gave us complimentary breakfasts to compensate for what happened (this was not included in our booking), and for us to try their new in-house restaurant. 2.) Location - close to anything and everything - restaurants/eateries, malls, supermarkets, coffee shops, tourist spots, etc. Ikaw na lang talaga ang mamimili kung saan ang pupuntahan mo. 3.) Room - the suite is more than big enough for four adults. It was always so nice to arrive at our clean and well-arranged room after a day’s worth of sightseeing. The cleaning service was fantastic. 4.) Every day there were complimentary bottled drinking water, fresh towels, and a supply of toiletries. 5.) Overall service. Fantastic.

What we liked about this hotel was the location. It is located in the heart of the city. Close to almost everything. We were able to eat outside at night. We were able to walk as well. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The receptions are the best. We also appreciate the complimentary breakfast.

Everything.....friendly staff, adequate sized rooms, location to restaurants, malls. Walking distance to almost everything you need. Jollibee, Burger King, Greenwich, Robinson's Mall, Boss Chicken (eat all you can). Laundry shop round the corner..... Free breakfast (well I am small eater) so the amount served is just right for me....
